Parent account information: name, email address, and authentication data you provide when creating an account.
Student information: the information a parent provides to enrol a Student (such as name/nickname and grade level) and information generated as the Student uses the Service (lessons viewed, progress, time spent, assessment answers and results).
Payment information: when you subscribe, payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. We receive limited information such as a payment confirmation and a token/reference; we do not store your full card number on our servers.
Technical information: device, browser, IP address, and usage data collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use information
We use information to: provide and personalise the educational Service; track and report a Student's learning progress to their Parent; process subscriptions and payments; secure the Service and prevent abuse; communicate with you about your account; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Children's privacy
The Service is intended to be used by children only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or guardian. Accounts are created and controlled by the Parent.
We collect the minimum Student information necessary to deliver the educational Service and to report progress to the Parent. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts independently, and we do not use children’s data for advertising.
A Parent may review, correct, or request deletion of their Student's information at any time by contacting us.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your or your Student’s personal information. We share information only with: our payment processor (to process subscriptions); service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting and infrastructure), under confidentiality obligations; and authorities where required by law.
6. Data retention
We retain account and learning data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to any legal retention obligations.
7. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed credentials, and access controls. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
8. Your rights
